History

In January 2005, as part of the strategy of expansion of the international operations, Ensign acquired the Oil Service Operations of Flint South America in Venezuela and Ecuador, adding 11 drilling rigs and 12 workover rigs.

Later in 2005, after reorganization of the International Division, the Latin American Division was created to manage and guide the Latin America Market.

Today, the Latin America Division includes the operation of Venezuela and Argentina with 16 Drilling Rigs and 14 Workover Rigs.

In Venezuela, we are operating under the name Ensign de Venezuela C.A. with their main offices in El Tigre, Estado Anzoategui in the East of Venezuela and West District Operations Office in the West side of Venezuela, located in Ciudad Ojeda, Estado Zulia.

In Argentina, we are operating under the name ODE Argentina with their main offices in Buenos Aires, The capital of Argentina and Operations Office in the South side of Argentina, located in Neuquen.
